Your order leaves South Africa via Registered Airmail, and is then injected directly into the international postal distribution centre for final delivery to your address. You can check your shipping status by using your tracking number on your countries postal service website.
After 3 days please log onto www.usps.com (for the USA) or http://www.trackingnumber.org/canada-post-tracking/ (for Canada).
USPS only post the status of your order the day before they deliver it to you. So if you check on www.usps.com Track and Confirm and it says “There is no trace of this item” please do not panic as this is normal practice, and it is beyond our control. If you do get a trace, this means you will get delivery the next day.
Enter the tracking number we sent you.
Please note that you should type in all characters with CAPS on and without any spaces between them.
You will then be able to view the status of your delivery.
