We offer the most reliable and secure delivery to your door – and this is by courier delivery only.

Our courier delivery costs $42.50 (per box/pack) – this does not include the price of Matula Tea which is $169.50 per box.

Shipping charges are calculated and added when you checkout.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number directly from our courier. You will then receive regular updates keeping you completely up to date with the status of your order.

For your safety, all packages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to distribution.

Please Note!

Matula Tea shipped to the USA is currently exempt from VAT/GST (General Sales Tax) and import duties. In addition, FDA Prior Notice is obtained by us prior to shipping.
UK and EU countries are also currently exempt from import duties due to a preferential trade agreement with South Africa.
All customers are liable for VAT / GST (General Sales Tax) in their own countries.
There are currently import restrictions on all types of tea in some countries. Due to this, or any other possible reasons, we are unfortunately unable to ship to any of these countries; PORTUGAL, BRUNEI, THAILAND, PANAMA, EL SALVADOR, SOUTH AFRICA, SPAIN, INDONESIA, MEXICO, SRI LANKA, GUATEMALA, MALAYSIA, SERBIA, ALBANIA, IRAQ & INDIA.
Door-to-door delivery by Courier (DHL, Fedex, or Aramex) is estimated at 5-7 business days – all shipping charges are prepaid by us.
Duties and VAT apply in ISRAEL as the value/price exceeds the $76.00USD threshold
